Access Editor Trouble

I tried adding St. Mirren to FIFA with the Access Editor. I have the team created and have it installed with the creation centre (I found out I had to create the 5 kits in access) and a match with Saints half way loads before crashing back to desktop. What is the problem, as I imported a home and away kit with Kit Raptor?

If its any help here is the team number, which I put in Kit Raptor, and the kit numbers

Team ID: 2001
Home: 1727
Away kit: 1728
Reserve kit: 1729
Goalie home: 1730
Goalie away: 1731

All help greatfully received.
