As if the reason to why your team is mediocre this season is because they didn't feel like playing. Have a say when your team is actually accomplishing something this season.
Besides, you should care about English teams making it far because with lower coefficients your team won't be able to make it to the CL.

What a domination by Milan. If you compare Milan's midfield to Manchester's midfield, you see a huuuuuuuge difference. Milan has mentally and physically great players, Manchester has physically fragile players like Giggs and Scholes. Face it, they're over the hill for big matches like these.

Milan deserved to win. United were the architects of our own downfall. As I said before, I haven't seen us play that badly in Europe for years - And once again the only United player to emerge with any credit IMHO was Darren Fletcher, not a one of our big names stepped up tonight and frankly we deserved a hiding.

Good luck to Milan in the final, I honestly believe they deserve the title after a demonstration like that - plus I wouldn't mind them beating Liverpool,

4th place Milan way too much for runaway leaders in EPL

That was a complete demolition, made players like Rooney, Giggs and SCHOLES look ordinary. Gattuso completely played Ronaldo off the park, one of the best games I've ever seen him play, not a foot wrong, and contrary to what some of you said, none of his tackles were bookable.

After the thrashing Roma took at Old Trafford, it was nice to see Milan gain some revenge.

Still, out of any English side, with all do respect to UTD, Arsenal or Chelsea, Liverpool is the club I fear most in a one off game. Still though, considering most of the team from Istanbul is still intact, there will be no shortage of motivation. It wouldve been fun to play Chelsea though, I dont think Mourinho has ever gone up against Italian opposition yet, and I know how much he admires our tactics and defending, maybe next year if hes still in a job.

On a side note, I have no clue why Ferguson shelled out so much cash for Carrick. For a holding style midfielder, he couldnt be more useless.

criticism on Ronaldo would be harsh. He's never claimed to be the best in the world, its been all the English people who've given him this title. Its all of you that gave him this billing, meanwhile anybody out of England without bias would point towards Kaka without hesitation.
