Yeah, it's an interesting situation. Inter wants Milan to win, which would just about eliminate Roma from the Scudetto race, while Milan wants Inter to win, so that they have a chance to enter the top 4. Either team could lose, and sacrifice their aim so that the other doesn't acheive theirs, but i don't see this happening.

Well Chievo have proven me wrong, Chievo for CL Qualifying (I have changed my mind). Bologna lost at home last week to Piacenza! Milan lost to the best team ever last week, so that is understandible. It will be tight.
