I think there is a description of what they mean in the game but I'll do my best.
Aware- or awareness, basically means positioning, higher awareness- better positioned he will be on offence or defence
Pace- speed
Rushing- this is for the goal keepers, how fast they can close down someone heading for gaol
Longball- accuracy of long passes
