I know this can't compete with the others, but I wanted to post it because I want some comments on it (I need to learn). So what does you think of it and what can I do to improve?

NOTE: I got Photoshop Elements 2.0, not Photoshop 7.0.

It's not so bad. Try to keep the aspect ratio correct on logos.
try some other font on the Sweden text and the low opacity logo back there's useless.
