Day after day we enter these forums and bicker over what should be included in the upcoming world cup game. You all realise that we wont get everything you all want because of certain technical reasons. But it wouldn't be unrealistic to say that the vast majority requests won't particularly go to the PC version, but to the Playstion 2 version.
So as we all fight over spoken about inclusion to the game, don't get your hopes up. But if there is one benefactor about the upcoming game, most of the praise (in my opinion) is going to go to the Playstation 2 version.
