A question about SP4.0 Short Update

I've download the short update for SuperPatch 4.0
Is it necessary to replace the PES5.exe?
I'm using SuperPatch 3.1.

I replaced the exe, and after that the game stoped to work.. IMO you don't need to replace the exe.

But I've tried not to replace it.
I found the team name are not correct such as Man Red, Man Blue etc.
