We can't blame anyone. God's wisdom my friend. God is angry for the conflicts taking place all over our planet.

I saw today on the newspaper that there are 25000 deaths at least and that number can grow within the next days,it looks that they won't reach 40000 deaths, thank god

Manchester United are supporting the United for Unicef appeal to raise help for the children traumatised by the Earthquake in the Iranian city of Bam.

On Boxing Day the city of Bam in Iran suffered a devastating earthquake, destroying 80% of the city and killing over 20,000 people. UNICEF is working to help the tens of thousands of children made homeless in the earthquake.

With freezing temperatures, UNICEF is already providing blankets, winter tents and plastic sheeting for shelter and UNICEF workers have set up small medical clinics to treat the injured.

But more life-saving supplies are urgently needed. And in the next few months UNICEF will also need to help children traumatised by the earthquake, children who have lost family members, and work to get children back to school.

Please join United for UNICEF and make a donation if you can by calling 08457 312 312 or log on to www.unicef.org.uk.

As far as i'm concerned the number of victims is 30000+ and the number is still growing :(
I think 200000 people lived in Bam

It's sick... it's just SICK... the fact that in this day and age 40,000 could die in such a short time and there's nothing we can do about it. You feel you're secure because it's the 21st century and you want to believe we as humans have control over everything... but we don't.

I pray to God for the dead, for the survivors and for whoever remains of the friends and families of those who died.
