Yes they are, but if they aren't installed correctly they may cause troubles.
Check if they are in, if not install them manually and use the images that should be somewhere in cmp Patch1 [Part1].

Sorry for dobbleposting but I just wanted to report you that the 3rd Bundesliga-Patch is now also available as easy exe.-installation.
This is an advantage for all the guys who had problems with the cmp.-files. This installation is very simple and the patch should work without errors after a season, no tables, damaged career-mode, etc... (I've tested it on an other computer and it worked perfectly)
The only disadvantage is that the installation will overwrite your current changes. This installation will also be an extended version of the patch which means that I've included some new things for example some new and updated kits, new generic youth players and all players will have a miniface now.

Sorry, I don't know because I don't use the winter update.
I think you have to test it on your own. Maybe install the 3rd Bundesliga-Patch first and then the winter update. But I can only guess, I can't promise you that it works.

i just tested some more different ways...
and sry it's the rooster of dabeschde.......
solution:
-install the 3rd buli patch with the .exe
-and after this install the winter rooster update with the cm08 but deselect the last file after loading the patch.
something like "tournament" i guess.

Do you realize you just revived almost 9 months old thread? I see revived threads everywhere on these forums.
But if the thread already got revived, may I ask: Will there ever be an Oberliga addon? Just the best teams, as covering the entire Oberliga would be too hard. Well, I know that there is FIFA 09 and most new patches will be for it but FIFA 08 also deserves some new patches IMHO.
