3GK individual keeper ability?

I haven't bought 2002 yet, but was wondering if the game has the ability to incorporate each team's specific goalie, such as the 3GK patch did for 2001?

I'd be interested to know.

That's sad news about Ariel, is he going to continue his great work elsewhere, or is this a permanent retiremanet?

I don't think it is permanent.. just the situation in Argentina is really screwy right now. But I have a feeling it was premature to leave.. he will be back soon, hopefully.
