It looked like it was not going to happen, but I am glad to tell you, that I am confident of an update to the 3dfx driver in
GALAHs Fifa2000 3D Patch.

It is currently undergoing the testing procedure, but will should become version 5.5 of GALAHs 3dfx drivers.

Those who prefer to use Directx will also be in for a treat with GALAHs first driver built totally for DirectX 8 out soon, version 3.5. It has undergone and passed Alpha testing and is currently undergoing Beta testing. The hardest part has been finding people who still use Fifa2000 to test it. But that has been done and results should be in soon.

To prepare get the latest version of DirectX from:
http://www.microsoft.com/directx

For 3dfx card owners, ensure you have the latest drivers from:
http://www.3dfx.com

Also ensure you have WinZip. Get it from:
http://www.winzip.com

3dfx and Fifa2000 lives on!

Help me name it!

You see, my current version of the patch is 2.01

Now, this is a fairly big update but is it enough to make it version 3, or would 2.5 be better?

I am getting closer to my last release of GALAHs Fifa2000 3D Patch, so should I be wrapping it up?

Maybe their is one more release left (with support for DirectX 9)
and that, most likely will be it.

Leave you version numbering ideas below, (that is if anyone still visits this forum!)
