I found the way !!! Just right click in the player you want to transfer, then you choose move to... and then you choose the team you want to transfer. Another way is to cut the player you want (with right click, cut) and then paste it in the team you want to move it.

There is another way.
Open the league that has the team that you want to transfer the player to. Then drag the player into the team on the league window.
