Currently I'm finishing my kits, but I'll try to make this script soon. I have never converted kits either. I made one kits in my life. It was a kit for RB Leipzig that I shared in Ajax1995 user thread. I made a similar script just the other way around. I had to convert short sleeves from FIFA 16 to FIFA 21 and now I need to convert from FIFA 21 to FIFA 16. It will take me a while. I've only done this once in my life.

This is the script. To install a script you just double click on it. It will only work properly on files with a resolution of 1024x1024 pixels. You share these textures. In Photoshop, you choose Window / Actions or (Alt + F9). You open any shirt with a resolution of 1024 pixels. Then select the one from me from the list of operations and press the triangular button (PLAY). After a short while, the operation is complete. You can save the shirt.
