The following UEFA teams updated with 26-man rosters (with the latest ratings & newly added players from FIFA23):
Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Northern Ireland, Norway & Poland*.
* Poland was done due to the change in formation & new players that have played in the past 18 months since EURO 2020 (and a change of coach); so the squad will be updated accordingly for the 2022 Finals roster.
UEFA Teams still left to do (non-finalists):
Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russia^, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Türkiye & Ukraine.
^ Russia will still be included since they played the qualification matches which took place before their suspension. Any players that are eligible for other national teams will be transferred to those other teams.
UEFA Teams that will only have 23 players:
Andorra, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar Liechtenstein, Malta & San Marino
