2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar Patch for FIFA 16

One more African team that I will update - Madagascar. They have a whole roster of 26 players available in the FIFA series which have played for the national team in the last 4-5 years.
Madagascar updated to 2022 rosters & kits.
Working on the soundtrack. Seems like 3 steps backwards, 1 step forwards. Songs that were working before aren't when I try to make the soundtrack from scratch again...
Guys, there might be a problem with the FIFAMods soundbank importer itself. Each time I try to reimport the soundbank, it's always the same songs at the start of the list which don't play when selected. I wonder if this is some kind of bug?
I think that program version is old, i've tried to find newest version but i couldn't find it. Maybe the provider blocked link or deleted program.
I'm using the latest version that was ever uploaded V1.8.

In the meantime, I fixed a couple of players skin tone codes to match their real faces.
Another update, @Emran_Ahmed will try to remake the soundbank & hopefully then I can release by the end of the week.
Only the women's teams that were in the 2019 world cup from the RTWC 2018 patch. I will update women's teams later when the 2023 WWC DLC will be released for Fifa23.
Soundtrack is still being worked on. This is a delay that was not anticipated when that timeline was announced.
@juhuen If you can help me with making soundtrack, then if you can, please write to either myself or @Emran_Ahmed , who is working on making another soundtrack version for me.
Then, I'll release here version made by me. I think i can release in today or tomorrow.
