What do you mean the hair are bugged ingame? At the long gameplay camera? If the hair at the long ingame camera looks different than the hair at replays...In Creation Master you should choose the hair mini model which is similar with 3d hair..

hairlod files (hair at long distance) are oke,
thanks to adjustments in lua files it is possible to have an unique hairlod file for each player btw (similar to newer fifas)

the problem is with hair models,
* small detail errors got fixed

* another bigger still not :
This cause must be somewhere in the vertex data: with bones/weight formats maybe,
because at creation master it s fine, ingame u ll see this :

Faces - beta 2 pack coming​


there were multiple bugs:
* small details errors (firmino, messi, ...) : this got fixed
* big errors (like a big beam) (van dijk, lenglet, de jong, T werner) : still not fixed, but will come i hope :)


i think 80% of the faces should be oke now,
i ll post a beta 2 pack

Could be a problem with 2nd UV layer? Or wrong hair shader? Hair texture name?
wrong texture name i had (switched alphaA with alphaB ) : this caused the small detail errors (and got fixed)

2nd UV layer is only present at 4 models i notice, not those

what you mean with wrong hair shader ?


it s for this error i have (hair model as a big beam),
wich is only present at some hairmodels :
T Werner, Van dijk, De jong, Lenglet
bit strange, because looks like some wrong format, only present at those models

ah yes, 2 UV always yes

what i did at my conversion:
not all bones from fifa 14 are present at fifa 11
so at the vertex data:
if one of the 4 indices is unknown i used the value of the other index, or the bone-parent
example vertex :
51 ? 51 51 --> ? dont exist at fifa 11, so i make 51 51 51 51
i make sure i dont have a 0-value as boneindex,
but, i always use the same bone-weights as from your fifa 14 model --> maybe this is my fault

This is not correct. Bones with non-zero weights should not be duplicated on one vertex.
Maybe you need to replace unexisting bones with some similar from FIFA11.
In other way, you will need to remove the bone completely and re-calculate weights.
This will require more work, don't expect and don't look for simple solutions.
I would recommend to "rebuild" bone information completely.
First, store all needed bone indices and weights per each vertex (ignore bones with zero weight; convert bone IDs; if bone is not present in FIFA14, remove it or replace by most similar bone; convert weights to floats; sum weights for bones with same "final" ID).
Second, re-calculate (normalize) weights for each vertex. If it happens that vertex is not attached to any bone - connect it to head bone (head bone ID with weight 1.0). Sort all bones for vertex by their weights.
When writing vertex buffer, you will need to write 4 bone IDs even if only 1, 2 or 3 are used.
Fill "empty" slots with last used bone ID for vertex.
For example, if there's a vertex which is connected to 2 bones - IDs 22 and 33, then write
22 33 33 33
For bone weights, you will need to convert them from floats back to 0-255 range. You also need to make sure that the sum of all weights per vertex give you 255.
During the first step, you also need to store all unique bone IDs to write them in bone remap section later.

because fixes are needed first (working on that) !

Hopefully you can update the Liga Mx, since it now has a new format for the knockout rounds, with 18 teams and the Morelia or Veracruz teams are no longer available. Mazatlan is the new team added and if you can add the faces that are scanning for that league. Thank you very much for this mod. I've been testing it for a month and it's very good.

sorry for my english, you did a great job! Could you create more faces for Brazilian championship players in this new update? it would be great to play the South American championship (Copa Libertadores da América) even more real. Thank you very much for this mod.
