2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Patch - FIFA16,18 or Official Game

Having to update all the non-qualified non-DLC UEFA teams player ratings - taking the best player ratings from fifa16 up to fifa18, for those players that have been in the 3 games. Only Moldova, Montengro, Slovakia, Slovenia & Ukraine left - then only Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg & Malta from the microstates.
Also, I'm having a big problem with the newest players that are added not showing either their name or last names ingame, so either the player name is blank or the name on the back of the shirt is blank. How can I fix this?

Downloaded all of the CONCACAF/OFC/CAF/AFC stadiums by @BosnaZmajevi , @Endrio & @The Wizard . I'll have to organize a system, but I don't know if the database can exceed 511 stadiums. I've already deleted all the added EURO 2016 host stadiums, except for Stade de France (French NT stadium) & Stade Bolleart-Deleis (old ID from previous FIFAs)
I can fit 7 stadiums after all UEFA national stadiums between #93 & #99 + I have 4 spots @ 368, 369, 371, 372 after the CONMEBOL national stadiums & before the Russia World Cup ones. After 384, I've got enough slots for 126 stadiums.
Guys, there's 1 stadium from an old game (Rugby 2004) that needs to be extracted using Ninja Ripper: Nuku'alofa stadium, Tonga. It's the home stadium for the Tonga Rugby NT, but it's the only Stadium in the island country which has tribunes.
All non-DLC UEFA teams updated! 
Teams of note:
Bosnia = 4.5*
FYR Macedonia = 3.5*
Kosovo = 3.5*
Luxembourg = 2*
Next teams to be done are Cameroon, Ivory Coast & Sth. Africa from CAF, India from AFC & Ecuador, Paraguay, Bolivia & Venezuela from CONMEBOL.
After that it's all the DLC teams.

Yes, but Macedonia is a Greek terrotirial province, not a separate state. Their real name is Skopje. Is a province where I've been born, raised and made my family. A place where Greek are been spoken. Plus, I don't give a damn about how the hell the UN, the EU, FIFA, UEFA and I don't know who else, call them. Could do it for me?

I read that there is agreement on a composite name either to be one of these: "New Macedonia", "Upper Macedonia" or "Northern Macedonia". Why not "Vardar Macedonia"? It's specific to the Banjat Vardar in old Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Upper or Northern also has Pirin Macedonia in Bulgaria, no?
EDIT: Sofia's foreign ministry has said that it isn't a party to the bilateral talks between Athens & Skopje - but it can't accept "Upper" or "Northern" because of Pirin.
So that would leave only "New" & Vardar...
It's for FIFA16. Still not yet released as the teams from the DLC need updating.
