this is the FIFA Infinity patch and it is exclusive to it.

2) Will it be a brand new patch?

Hello! I just went through 50 or so pages, and from what I'm understanding, there are 3 mods in the works right now (Robbie, jschuck and the FIFA Infinity team) but none of them are released yet?
