I don't know, Most of the kits are unlicensed and it seems senseless in adding unlicensed teams when we don't have a full qualifying mode. I mean they would just look bad, and would be pure filler without said qualifying. In any case I'll need to show Ariel the fixed db, he was pretty certain it wasn't really usable no matter what so it will be interesting to see what he finds.

From What I saw, there's only Qatar, China and Canada which are not present in Moddingway Mod and have new kits. I can't remember if EA made the jamaica new kits too, certainly they were licensed but not sure if they're current.

I think they are many NT kits in this forum from the unlicensed teams that you can use. Also I don't think many would mind unlicensed kits, just the team being there like in the WC game itself is enough (maybe you can make a poll to see?). Is the qualifying mode hard to do? Because I remember the Road to world cup patch from Fifa 13 had the qualifiers in it?

It would take an obscene amount of time to make something which people will have very little interest in after the World Cup has finished. Sure it's possible to made some sort of Road to World cup but I doubt a completely accurate one, then how would you make it so you then progress onto the World Cup tournament? Think also about this, what kits do you use? do you use the ones they used in the real world cup qualifying? if you do then you need two kitsets for example for the world cup teams that qualified, both the world cup kits for the tournament and their qualifying kits, do you then put the qualifying kits as Alts? or the World Cup kits as Alts? the whole thing would be a massive mess and that's just the tip of the iceberg. We don't add teams with unlicensed kits full stop, it would be bad. Then there's the squads, there's no way I believe EA stats for obscure squads are in any way accurate, some of the info simply isn't available so we would have to amend that and make sure rosters are current, we would then have to also be careful about all the ID's used which would take a long time, you can see the list goes on and on. You see it's very easy to have big plans and idea's but they're not realistic and in practice they never come to fruition, I've seen many mods be overly ambitious and that there is their downfall.

Unfortunately, some PES stadium makers are incredibly jealous of their work -- and they are all Argentinian guys, I swear... even Argentinian circuit makers for Grand Prix 4 tend to lock their releases or distribute them only via PM because they fear people don't credit them and only steal, what the...? Luckily there are guys like Ariel or Zarze who don't make such a drama and enjoy what they do And before anyone says I'm racist: just exposing the curious facts, ma'am

Anyway, back to topic, because they don't want people "stealing" their work, they lock the BINs. As soon as I find out a method to remove the lock, I'll let you guys know. Sorry for the inconvenience

Well you can unlock them, but you'll loose the parts that cannot be opened.
You can use the stadUpacker tool by gwidon for it, export your unknow_002.str with zlib editor and unpack it, and then you only have to search which one is responsible for the problem by deleting one, packing it back and trying to open the new stadium file. When you finaly manage to open it in SIE, you'll have the majority of the stadium (ie: all the parts working) and you can export it to sef like usual.

Yeah, they are current. Our kits are rarely updated these days. I don't know why. I guess because we are a "smaller" national team.

You can add the fact that Kappa isn't a big big company, there are other national teams like Tunisia who have been wearing the same kits for 2-3 years or more

I understand Veggt but Kappa doesn't even do smart advertising, marketing or sales. They could have made tons of money by linking the kits to our track team in London 2012. Just send 10,000 Jamaican shirts and I'm sure they would've sold out. People wanted anything that was remotely Jamaican - and still do. They could make enough money from us to update the kits at least before each major tourney for Jamaica.

Thanks, man! We have talent...just a lack of team unity. Our foreign players are always worried about getting injured when they play for us which causes them to treat many games at home in Jamaica as holidays. Maybe some day it will change. We have far better teams since France 98 but not the same fight and humility. Just millionaire egos. We were better off when the players were broke and poor like in 1998. Now they're spoiled brats!
