Really? Well he certainly has now. What a beautiful assist by Nainggolan as well. :P I hope City gets beaten again by a Serie A team, not saying that Roma is a bad team.

Looking on the Champions League/European Cup top scorers list I just realised Benzema is 4 goals away from surpassing Zlatan and Del Piero and equaling Drogba, all 3 of them havin played far more matches than Karim.

first half blowouts ultimately finishing 1-7 to the Germans are so clichéd in 2014 ... :-D

Cashley Cole and Morgan De Sanctis may as well not have been on the field for all the good they were ... Xabi Alonso shouldn't have been on the field after 30 minutes; there were two bookable offences on Iturbe that were amazingly not even given as fouls ... that said, with the form Bayern showed today, I guess it may not have mattered much ...

Rudi Garcià now knows where his Roma truly stand, and how far they need to go ... luckily, though, the English champions continue to be sh!t in the Champions League, so the result doesn't change the table, or the chances for progression ... this should be taken as a humbling but solid lesson learnt ...
