The main problem at Chelsea is that the manager is not responsible for transfers. This is why they do not have any proper midfielder partnering the ageing Lampard.

Mou oversaw all of our transfers this season. We brought a potential fix for the MC position in van Ginkel. I think we should have foregone Willian and got a better MC instead but this is what we have for now. Emenalo and Mou work together, he isn't Rafa.
