I just realized that Bayern has the potential to knock out 3 English teams in the CL, plus embarrass City at home in the Group Stage. And the funny thing is that he English teams will probably view each team as having been moral victors. City, because of their meaningless win in Munich, and Arsenal, are already so.

Bayern will probably look to get the job done in manchester itself.United need to defend with numbers and hit bayern with pace especially with Martinez at the back and see if they can expose Alaba who can be a bit too attacking at times,but you would expect Bayern to cruise past them.
