No wonder, you are in canada as well thats why. I'm sick of this song already. Canadians don't give a **** about the World Cup, but this song is still being played everywhere simply because the artist is Canadian. The "headache song" as my friend calls it.

You're right. The rest of the world probably likes it though.

Although I doubt that the Americans care.......

I realize that above post ^ is quite off topic, but it is still one that is worth commenting on:

the scenario may be ridiculous, but the detail on the tailor-made commentary is just terrific!! was not expecting that ... very pleasantly surprised ... I can only surmise from that that all 32 competing teams (well, maybe all those with a major consumer base) will be getting a custom audio track like that USA one!

EA Sports seem to have FINALLY done justice to the final's post-match celebrations cut-scenes in a FIFA game ... again, the attention to detail is great: players running around in jubilation, hugging the coach, and then kissing the trophy as they walk by it on the podium, and of course finally lifting the trophy (though there is no Sepp Blatter handing the trophy over -- which is the only detail left out that makes it look a little weird) ...

combining the visuals with the custom audio, it looks pretty impressive (Y)

Very off-topic but I was very very impressed as well. I was reading about that game and apparently it has 199 teams out of the 204 teams which participated in the World Cup qualifiers. Thats truly amazing stuff (Y). Teams included in green:

I don't think they would've tailored a commentary for each team... Since there are 199 of them in that game. But probably the main ones or the 32 teams which qualified. They have a demo out for PS3 and Xbox I read but no PC version :(

Lucky you :( Great goal. The gameplay looks awesome from that video... Release date is the 27-30th April Btw.

EDIT: Can you hear vuvuzelas from the crowd?

What a glorious moment that USA fans will never experience. That's what video games are for.

edit: Just downloaded the demo on the xbox 360 and now I'm super pumped for the World Cup. There were a lot of improvements in the game that I enjoyed; more realistic looking pitch, more responsive first-touches, many players and all of the coaches have incredibly realistic faces. Oh, and there are large breasted girls wearing Spain tank-tops in the crowd. I liked that.

Little bored with the Wavin Flag song already seeing I've been hearing it since October in NBA2k10!!

... It's very fitting though but I prefer the other mix version thingie, the one with David Bisbal in it. Much funnier.
