I'll laugh my ass off if the Giants go one and done. It can definitely happen. I think the Falcons or Eagles can do it. As long as neither of the Manning brothers make it to the Super Bowl I'll be satisfied.

The playoffs have turned out to be pretty good so far. (Y)

Had the Colts won the coin toss and Peyton Manning had driven the ball for the win in the only drive, you'd be screaming the exact opposite.
Y como sabrias tu eso? De verdad me gusta la regla como esta.

What's the big deal with this Delay of Game hullabaloo? The play clock hits 0 before the snap ALL THE TIME and there's never a call unless it's egregious. There was about a second from 0 to the snap, it's not really out of the ordinary. Everyone who's bitching must not watch the play clock very often, because like I said, it happens ALL THE TIME!

I have bet money that it will be a Cardinals - Ravens Super Bowl. Would love to see that.

If this happens, it will one of the lowest rated superbowls in history. Other than their respective home towns.. Who the F**K wants to see the Cardinals in the Superbowl?? and just in case they do make.. I hope the Ravens or Steelers tear them a new one and sent Larry Fitzgerald along with Warner out in a stretcher.. :sKIp_E:

I'm still gutted about our loss, and although it was our Offence who let us down... I still will hate the Cards.. Heres to next season and hopefully we avoid a bye week when we make the playoffs..

The Cardinals would be up there with the 85 Patriots and the 98 Falcons.

Other teams that clearly didn't belong in the Super Bowl:

1979 Rams (until this season, the only team to make it to the Super Bowl that won less than 10 regular season games)
1994 Chargers (woefully out of their depth against the 49ers)
2000 Giants (the worst Super Bowl team of all time, their only points came via a kickoff return)
2002 Raiders (the committment to suck began on football's biggest stage)

The sad thing is the 2001 Patriots and the 2007 Giants belong in that group too, but those ****ers pulled it out.

Anyway, I'll take the Steelers and the Cardinals. Steelers because everyone keeps saying "it's hard to beat the same team 3 times in a season," the first one I remember is the Titans giving the 14-2 Jaguars all three of their losses in 1999. And the Cardinals because.... I really don't know. Flip a coin. Neither team belongs, although statistically the Eagles are actually one of the best teams in the league even if they don't pass the eye test.

Worst. Super Bow. Ever.

I'll be rooting for the Cardinals, but I think the Eagles will decimate them; their luck has to run out sometime. As far as a favorite for me... anyone but the Steelers. **** the Steelers.

I agree.. He seem to have lost a bit of his touch as the season wore on.. I would still love him to stay though..

Oh yeah... And F**K the Cardinals. Come on Philly!!

The Cardinals look phenomenal in the first half. Larry Fitzgerald is having his coming out party for every non-fantasy football playing NFL fan. He is undoubtedly a Hall of Famer.

And speaking of potential Hall of Famers, HOW ABOUT KURT WARNER!!! I despised him for so long, and I still don't ever want to hear him speak, but man, he has put together a great career! 2 time NFL MVP, 3 time (most likely) NFC Champion. I don't think he'll get in, but I tell you what that man deserves it more than a lot of guys who are going to get in (basically I'm talking about Donovan F. McNabb).

Ohh get over it Skip. That was one of the greatest if not the greatest upsets in NFL history. The hail Manning was probably even bigger that the Elway drive.

What you need say is that that was your worst nightmare ever. I mean i am pretty sure you had reserved a copy of the "19 and 0 - The Perfect Season" book. (H)

Pass interference on Curtis on 4th and 10 not called. Poor Eagles once again fail to pull it out, gotta feel bad for McNabb.

call me bitter.. But I still won't give them any credit.. Looks like it will be between the steelers and ravens.. Either will be a much better pick.

I'm not taking anything away from the Giants; they won it fair and square. But you can't deny that your team got extremely lucky on that infamous drive. To me, the Patriots defense did everything they could have wrong to give the Giants that last touchdown. The Patriots were two INT drops, a squandered sack, one miraculous catch and a retarded missread in coverage in the end-zone from 19-0.

You're right, though. That was a nightmare, and I'll probably never get over it. But unless Eli Manning makes me eat my words, which he didn't this year, I think he was a one hit wonder; but he took advantage of it.
