I've managed to watch a couple of games in the Stanley Cup final, both being the recent Tampa @ Calgary games. Both exciting games, and I'm hoping the Flames win.

The last game's refs seemed rubbish to me though. The 2 man powerplay at the start was a joke, I can see the holding call but have no idea what Clark did. Then Tampa score. The rest of the game was exciting but Calgary were way too wastefull.

What about the call in the 3rd period that was never given. You couldn't ask for a more blatent trip than that. I can't remember who it was on but it was a Calgary player.

Nieminen was daft for what he did. No need for it and it cost his team any chance of an equaliser.

FLAMES WIN IN OT!!!

Saprykin wins it. :D

Great game all around to watch. For some parts the end to end action lasted 3 or 4 minutes. I thought the reffing was much better today and they didn't impact the result. Iginla and Kirprussof were simply amazing tonight.

Flames can bring the cup home on Saturday now:rockman: :rockman:

PS: What the hell was Don Cherry wearing?:p

More people then they'll ever get at a Phoenix game or a Panthers game.

Donovon might play on Saturday after injuring his leg.

I'm just hoping to see Iginla raise the cup for all of Canada.:Carlos*o: :fluffy:

No it shouldn't have, the puck was in the air, it was an optical illusion that it went in.

The puck looked in. It doesn't matter if the puck was in the air.:p

Now Sutter has some ammunition to fuel that conspiracy thing he talked about at one of the press conferences. :D

I don't think the goal should've counted but I believe they should've at least shown us the overhead camera. I didn't see that view in any of the broadcasts and highlights.

I have a feeling Iginla is going to have the game of his life tommorow. Let's hope so.:)
