not bad at all for your first kit man......ok here we go..... 
first off mate,everything on the left sleeves and left half of the shorts must be reversed so they are facing the wrong way.Thats your prem patches.You reversed the shorts umbro so thats ok.The shirt badge needs to be compressed vertically,at the moment its too long..Same with the shirt Umbro,and the sponsor logo.They all need to be compressed vertically.Have another look at the pic of the shirt and see that you need to reposition the white triangle piece in the collar area.At the moment its too high on the kit.Ingame the triangle will not show up.In the pic the triangle covers the blue collar and the point is slightly below the blue collar.Socks....If you look at the texture for the socks,you will see the top of the shin pad.The sock top does not want to be any further down the sock than the top of the shin pads.So your maroon top needs to be thinner.You also need to make the umbro logos on the socks smaller too,so they will fit in the resized sock top.Instead of using 2 big logos,use 4 smaller ones.Oh yeah ,and the shorts logos need to be moved a bit to the right.At the moment ingame the logos will be on the side of the shorts.Good luck.

you dont fancy doing the villa kits do you and ill start with a easier kit.
regards the spurs kit didnt the home kit have different shorts & socks.memory serves me the shorts were blue with white corners and the socks were blue and white as well.
