O'k so I can't come up with a title but i just need yo post a thread because I'm so F**ING MAD!!..

Last thursday as I'm driving home from just getting new car insurance, This Fat BiT*H runs a red light and she just barely misses me but still put a scratch in my (nearly new) 05 nissan sentra SE R. We get off the car and right away she calls her husband and they tried to offer me some cash to avoid any "paperwork". His offer.... 150 dollars.. At the point I say, give me 700 and we forget the whole thing (despite the minor damage, I know that to get the damage out, a repair shop will charge something in that amount). He says no an that all it need is some simple paint and some sanding and that 150 is all it would cost.. I say F**K it, give me your insurance info.

Well, now she is claiming that "I", ran the red light and that she never offered me anything and she swears this to god. Seriously I am so mad that I am ready to go to her place, take a bat and totally smash her car. But, for the moment I will see what the insurance people decide. If Everything goes against me, she better hope that I don't run into her or her husband.. Ohh yeah, there are no witnesses but my brother was with me. so it has come down to my (or our) word against her..

If you can't win legally, go to the dirtiest and ghettoest corner of town and find the poorest and most desperate mad-looking man you can find and offer him the chance to smash things and grab whatever he can grab. I bet he'll **** up the b1tch's house/car nicely for you. It works even better if the guy is foreign. Because then they can normally just fly back to their country and avoid any legal case.

So far the insurance companies are the ones talking to each other. The damage ain't that great but I was right, Her insurance company gave me an estimate on my damage and it comes out to around 900 dollars. The guy handling her claim right away told me that he believes her more than me, why?? Because she swears to "god" that I'm the one lying. That's the part that really has me mad.

that's cute, your first accident. chill out and let your agent talk with the other agent, that's what he's for. of course, this is assuming you have a good reliable agent/insurance and not something stupid.

although your scratch doesn't sound as little as a scratch should, i still say that sh*t happens and sometimes they are too tedious to get insurance involved. i scratched some creepy indian guy's car once opening my door at the parking lot and hitting his car, which he happened to be sitting creepily in eating nasty 7eleven nachos (no driving accident, in fact that asian-cant-drive stereotype should really apply to blacks). it was a very tiny scratch, on a car with previous scratches already. i apologized sincerely, but the guy was being a dick and threatening me to be deported (even though he was an atheistic indian himself) by calling the cops. i gave him insurance (knowing the company would laugh at him for claiming on such tiny accident) and demanded the cops to be called so i would be deported.

to this day i haven't heard a word from him or his agent. also, i now hate india (sh*ttiest manner from shaman culture) and wish pakistan great success in war.

For the moment thats the only thing I can do, let the insurance battle it out and see what happens. And no yoss, I didn't have a camera with me , although from now on I believe I will be carrying one with me all the time. The one think that has me very confident about all this is that I remember the incident (and can describe it) with very vivid detail.

I hope those kids what they deserve their Tom and may that cat end up in the middle of the road, Jatin..
