OK i just got the game for Christmas, but i would like to know:

1) When do I start getting stars cuz im 10-0-1 with Aberdeen(1st season) but i have 0 stars

2) What do you get from buying stuff in the Fifa store. I bought the oval stadium at night thing and other stuff but i dont really know what its for. What do these things do for my career. What the hell do i need digital jersey's for???

3) I CANT GET THE FREAGIN' FREEKCIKS TO STAY INSIDE THE PITCH. Does anyone know how to make it better. I ve been to practise mode and tried for hours but they still went over the net

1. I believe you need about 200 or more upgrade points to get 1 star...then i believe it gets harder..

2. Just for fun...som people liketo play game at night..

if you played FIFA 2004 the free kick system is the same, you click and click again before the red, if you are closer to the net you don't let it go as far, then stop it in the green.

3: you don't have to curve the ball with the shift button. Leave it as it is.

Well you need over 200 for your first half a star then 400 for one complete star then 800 then 1600 and so on.

But these stars does that mean i cant upgrade my staff, or is it gonna only count if i save them and not use them to upgrade my staff?

Now what the hell does buying another team's stadium at night or buying their jersey do for me? Can i play in those stadiums or what?? Does buying a team jersey influence the club you bought the jersey of to scout you?????? I mean i dont see a good reason to spend my points on stuff that won't even help me or add some reality to the game.

OK i just got half a star!!! lol But i didnt get it after 200 points i just got 44 and it gave me half a star Well im not complaining

I got this info from the career.ini found in the FIFA 2005 config.dat file:

I have found it helps to keep the power meter on the kicks at about 3/4 strength.
