100.000 people against comunism

Today 100.000 people gatherd on the streets on Cisinau the capital of Moldova(part of Romania until the secont world war when the Russians stole it) to protest agains the comunist president Vladimir Voronin and the comunist parlament that in the past months decided to rewrite the history of Moldova and made the children learn in school the russian langage(romanian is(was) the official language) against theyr will. Many other people wanted to go join the protests in Chisinau but the police closed all the roads so no one vas able to get into Cisinau. The people say that they won't stop protesting until the comunist regime will resign.

I hate those moldavian comunist! They destroi all what's romanian. They renamed their language (romanian into moldavian, but's the same thing 'cause it's the same langiage), the history (romanian history into moldavian history, but until the comunist tooked this teritory the history is the same).
The comunist made and still make hard lifes for milions of people!

I remember a episode of Carlos*ass on MTV when those idiots were in a trip aroun Europe and I think they visited some countries like Russia and Belarus... I remember one of the saying about some people that were on the road: look at them thay will all burn in hell because they are comunists. But what do those motherfuckers from Carlos*ass know about those people it is not theyr fault that they live under such conditions, they didn't live in terror half theyr lives.

Unless there is popular support for another system, and things are working well, why should communism be eradicated?? Cuba has flourished and become a relative international power, thanks to communism.

I was thinking along the lines of DEMOCRACY.

But communism is still a disease, and will always be one, and is still a problem to the West (not so much as a military assualt but more along the lines of a rogue nuclear strike on a major city by North Korea).

I can't claim to have lived under a communist government, there have been some extremely poor communist governments, but then again, there have been some extremely poor democratic governments. No system is perfect.

A rogue nuclear strike could come from any nation at any time (within reason, of course, I'm not saying France is gunna go bomb London). It doesn't have to be communist, it could be of any political nature, for example, Iraq (but I don't believe they have nuclear capabilities, maybe biological).

Communism is not a problem to the West, it is of a different ideology, but not a problem.

And what do you mean when you say you were 'thinking along the lines of democracy'?

Yeah i agree with you hermolt, infact communsim is a much better system then democracy if you ask me. I think that i'd be easier to achieve equality for both sexes and all races in a country that had communism with the right leader. Unlike the democracy/capitalism you have in the socalled "Gods own country" in USA or otehr western countries.
People think that communism is evil and sh** because they've heard about evil fu**ers like Stalin and so on..........but that has nothing to do with the system itself, that has something to do with the individual leader, like Stalin for a example, who was a power hungering son of a bitch who couldn't stand change, and wanted everything to be his way, look at the way he treated my former countrys president Tito.

Between 1918-1948 Romania was the 10th country in Europe in fields l9ke Economy and other stuff. Another thing, my grandparents worked a lifetime to buy a house some land to make some more money, ant in 1949 everithing was taken from them so everyone would be "equal";this thing hapent to many people. Idiots were brought to run the country, f**kin pesants. Comunism destroyed generations of people in this country, it was the worsest thing that could hapent to us. Looka at us now, what are we the last country in Europe, people think that Romania is a food. . So don't come here talking about how good is the comunism until you feel it on your own.

First of all........i come from a communist country myself (former Yugoslavia)

Second: Like i said, i was talking about how communism ain't sh** because of how it is and what it's goals are, communism "seems" fu**ed up because most of the communist leaders have been evil morons without any concern for their people...and btw..........there are also probably democratic countries that are pretty sh**ty to live in.........

While communism seems like a right choice by your definition, it will never work and it never did; it's complete crap. There will always be those people who will strive to achieve more than others ie. the wealthy, ending up stealing or using trickery and failing the system.

Unfortunately, I can't point to any country, with any system of Government, that works. If everybody in the country wants the same thing then it will work. But different people want different things and there is disagreement. In a system where discussion and free speech is allowed, then the various points are argued and a middle ground is taken. Where there is repression of speech (we are the leaders, do as we say), then there is the seeds of dissent, leading to either revolution or corruption.
