2 questions:

1. How can we use this with FIFA07 exactly?

2. Can these armbands be assigned to individual teams or will the same armband appear for every team?

1. Just install Armband Maker in FIFA 07 directory, the .fsh with the armband should be in the same zdata.
2. Not for now. The same armband appear for every team, unfortunately.

I don't really remember this, but if you say so, it should be like that.
Anyway, if it worked with 07 it should work with 08. By the way, I think we can use CM07 for changing that in 08 :
