there are 2 costa rican players playing there, luis marin in maccabi netanya, and bill gonzalez playing for hapoel kfar saba.

Emmmm about Luis marin I know that in the Israeli Premier League 2006-07 patch he exist about Bill gonzales I'm not shure.
You can find the Israeli Premier League 2006-07 patch in fifa 07 editing forum or in the CEP 5.0 patch but in the CEP 5.0 the Israeli Premier League only updated for season 2005.
