What i like most from Müller is how i hate him everytime i see him play. I'd love to have him in my team if my strikers weren't so legendary good.

Yellow Card
Thomas Muller is one of, if not the most, under-rated striker in the world right now. Bayern are wasting their time with Mario Gomez, etc. Muller will be at Real Madrid or Barcelona next summer.

So now Di Stefano is dead, and the Pope is still Argentine. I can figure out the ending...

As much as I hate agreeing with you, I must. Though the word "still" is a bit surprising and, obviously, incorrect.

Germany will be overconfident. The tournament is there for Argentina to win.

Argentina winning it would ruin a great World Cup. Hopefully it's the German with their superior youth process finally bearing its fruits, or LvG's genius pushing the Dutch's last hurrah for a good while with aging stars.

Plus Argentina has looked terrible at times, being only saved by Messi's magic time and time again. The Swizz had the right idea, but a single mistake was enough to cost them the game. I expect the Dutch to have a similar plan, especially if Di Maria doesn't play, but this time with the Dutch winning.

Also, the only way the third place match becomes relevant is if Brazil faces against Argentina...

Hoping for Germany vs. Holland, because it virtually guarantees a Bayern player wins the Golden Ball and becomes an epic figure in world football history. While I'll be cheering for Germany, of course, I wouldn't really mind it if Robben grabs a brace and wins it for Holland. If that happened, I'd put him over Ronaldo and only behind Garrincha in terms of greatest wingers ever.

It'd also mean the Dutch putting one over each of the teams that they've lost every one of their finals to in the one tournament. (ESP 2010, ARG 1978 & BRD 1974)

Definitely would be a great story for the Netherlands, and can you imagine if Robben, the most anti-team player that nation has ever produced, was the one to finally lead them to glory?

Marcelo had a really bad night (what Brazilian didn't though?) but he was terrible on Klose's goal. He was yards off of him and keeping everybody onside.

BR started with an own-goal & got eliminated with their worst WC result ever. They didn't even touch the Maracana pitch; let alone Neymar...

It'll be a goal fest, what with Germany already winning 2 games with a margin of 4+ and Netherlands putting the defending champs to the sword with a 5-1.
