Agree, the setanta popups are looking fantastic, will be a great finishing touch

I'm still having problems. When importing the players/teams it freezes at Abbey Vale and when importing the cups it freezes at Cope Del something or other.

Is there any way to install this patch without CM as it doesn't seem to be working....

Hey Carson, am sure I remember you from A PES SPL thread?

Anyway, I reinstalled Fifa, started again, did the players first, and, it just finished fine. About to do tournaments now, so, will keep you posted!

Am getting an error on importing the tournaments> Seems to be an issue with linked tournaments from the error

"cant delete xxxx ref xx"

Ok, There is definately something wrong with the tournaments/leagues section.

Some cannot be replaced when applying the patch as they are linked to other tournaments

Problem tournament IDs seemto be

2, 11, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 81

Also, minor thing appears to be missing fonts wich throws up an error when trying to edit teams in CM08

Stadiums, Players, adboards, teams all seem to be ok

Ah, Tyreman Premier League & Tyreman Division One are in the patch twice, the second instance tried to overwrite the scottish cup? Might be to do with that. Am trying a fresh install

Im also having problems importing the tournaments-part of the patch. Theres also that error with the SPL-font 921-924. I guess i could import the teams without the SPL-ones and keep the originals but i would like an update of the tournaments if you have time

The patch looks great and im dying to try it out. Im going to try getting Queens Park to the SPL.

OK then,
I've uploaded three new files.
One which has Leagues and linked Tournaments
One with just Leagues
and one with just tournaments.

Hopefully this will work.

The SPL font has me baffled, as those numbers are as per the game.

Still dosn't work, i will try to think something out but theres something wrong with the links between the leagues and the cups.

I'm not sure what can be done. I've asked Rinaldo for help, but no cigar as yet.

After a couple of days of trying to get it to work i gave it up. Some days past and i decided to import the teams and to modify the leagues and cups on my own. This worked to some extent, i cant play carrer mode with some teams Celtic, rangers, aberdeen and some more. I can however play with for instance Hearts, Livingston. Weard problem, huh?!

When i start a carrer with for instance Celtic (who else?) i can play one match and then the game freezes when simulating transfers, the other games in the league in the end of the game. It works however in 10% of the times i tried.

I started a carrer now with Hearts, doing ok. The SPL, Scotish cup and the League cup seems to work. I havnt edited all the leagues just SPL, Scottish division 1-3, scottish cup and the league cup.
