Artur Boruc received many plaudits during December
Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc has been named player of the month for December in the Scottish Premier League.
The 26-year-old won his Bank of Scotland award after helping the Glasgow club to a six-game unbeaten month domestically.
Celtic's only setback was a 3-1 Champions League defeat by Copenhagen.
Boruc had two clean sheets during December and has followed that up by not conceding a goal in the league leaders' opening two games of January.
