I'm still having real trouble with Rooney, he is just crap to be honest. Rio Ferdinand has scored more goals this season than Rooney (7 compared to 5). He is invisible most of the game, he never seems to get the ball and when on the rare occasion that he does, he misses every shot. His form is constantly stuck on 7 and 8 as well. I have tried playing him as striker (left and right), I have tried attacking midfield, supporting striker (dropping back to midfield with Scholes), lone striker and target man.
Old thread, but it has things about Zidan, may aswell ask here instead of making a new thread.
With my Ajax team, I am not really sure where to put Zidan, as I just bought him.
I play with 3 mids and 2 strikers. Right now I use Mido(7 in 4) and Luque(5 in 6) up front,I have Kuijt as a back-up. As far as I am concerned, there is no way Zidan will move my current starting and even my back up mids, they are just doing too well. Where is Zidan best player, he scored a goal on his debut(striker) and has since been a clutch player for me, someone I bring in the last 2 minutes and always seems to score.
