Sorry to write here but I'm having PC issues.The third block is not important. For the logo to have 128x128, you need to put an rx3 file with such parameters into the Creation Master installation location and give it an appropriate name.Unfortunately, my computer crashed and I cannot provide the exact location, but I described it in that post.
