    I use Cm3 Save-game editor to monitor any players over the age of 30, as soon as they retire and i open the editor, the retired players and their regens are listed. Heh, why would I make that up? I hardly ever post here anyway, not like it'll give me a l33t reputation.

    Some people play their youngsters in the same formation as they do their first team so that they may get used to that tactic, and be more prepared for first team action.

    If you're playing 3 strikers up together, and not one dropped off behind, that's a bad idea. I haven't come across a formation in CM that works well with 3 strikers up front.
