    I dont think the problem is related to a driver issue, nor is it related to Vista as an operating system ... Hence even nVidia cards experience the same problem ... and games other then Pro Evolution Soccer or Winning Eleven work perfectly fine when vsync is enabled or forced by driver ... :D...
