Russian league and more teams to expand IEM 23

Hi guys, I'm also a fan of the Russian League, actually I was quite upset that EA will remove it from FIFA (western political and sports inconsistencies) but I would like to offer to help with minifaces or squads. I understand that there is a Russian league MOD for FIFA 21, 22 and 23 but you have to pay to get it.

But if this project comes to fruition, I'd love to support it now that I have some free time.

By the way, this guy is uploading a great tutorial on how to create Leagues in FIFA 22 (I imagine it can be used for FIFA 23) and it can serve as a base, since I have no idea how to create a league but it has quite clear instructions. If anyone is interested here is his YouTube channel.
