@robeskimo those ones. I still play this wonderful table top football game now with my 6years old boy, and even in this age of video, he always ask to play Subbuteo even thought he only start to understand the rules So old stuff that I still have is now getting completed with new one we can buy. I'm thinking of buying Croatia team (it even doesn't exist when I played )

You also have the mythic Stade Charléty from Paris, converted by Iantifa

PS About World Cup 2018, Gonzaga released all updated stadium converted from Switch Version on his russia folder would be nice to update them all
As well as Elland Road from Leeds which gonzaga converted from fifa 22 switch
I would also suggest adding the following stadiums:
BayArena (Bayer 04), Stadio Olimpico Torino (Juventus, Torino), Şükrü Saracoğlu (Fenerbahce), Craven Cottage (Fulham).
Lastly, hopefully the new stadiums are added as a standalone download instead of an all new multi-gb stadium pack

St. Andrews and Charlety are useless for the patch.
Elland Road I think I'll keep what I have. I read that they did some work in 2012, so Gonzaga's is definitely post 2012. If the old one has the pre-2012 structure there is no point in changing it, I need that. The patch stops in 2010.
WC2018 I did some work to adapt certain stadiums to the 2017 Confederation. I don't want to redo those works on new stadiums that I don't use. Not to mention that I don't really like tournament-specific stadiums and I prefer to have them stripped of those details, adaptable to any type of game. This is because the patch is global and not focused on a particular competition. So I guess I'll leave the ones I have.
I would also suggest adding the following stadiums:
BayArena (Bayer 04), Stadio Olimpico Torino (Juventus, Torino), Şükrü Saracoğlu (Fenerbahce), Craven Cottage (Fulham).

Bay Arena is not needed. We need that old one, pre 2009. Turin Olympic can be inserted (even if I hate Juventus XD). Şükrü Saracoğlu depends. If it's only for a team or two I don't add it. Had it been the old pre 2006 version I would have added it immediately because it would have covered more teams. Crave Cottage same as Şükrü Saracoğlu's speech for two teams I don't feel like entering it.
The pach stadium will replace the old one, in the same way. Being an AIO I have to pack everything, so even the stadium package having replaced the Prater and St Jakobs.
Why not? It wasn't demolished and built from scratch, it's still Bay Arena, even if updated (like many stadiums in the patch aren't year-specific) - I truly believe a quality EA's Bay Arena is better than generic stadium.
Same with Sukru Saracoglu and Craven Cottage - until we have reached the limit of stadiums, I believe it's a waste if teams are playing on generic stadiums when great quality ones are available and waiting.
And if we speak about "one-team-stadiums", I don't think it's new for the patch, as far as I remember Stade Abbe-Deschamps is only used by Auxerre 96-97, Parken Stadium is present but not used by FC Copenhagen at all if I remember correctly, so as long as we have slots, let's have more authenticity

Bay Arena is totally different from pre 2009. It's like putting the current Wembley stadium for the final of WC1966 or Euro 96. I don't need that stadium. The Turkish stadium I have to evaluate if in the future, with the expansion of the UCL it can be useful. otherwise it is outside. (however I don't have the link to download it). Crave Cottage I only have two Fulhams and very little hope of having any more Fulhams, so it might stay out. Parken Stadium is the national stadium of Denmark. The Auxerre stadium will be used in a few days for a new team Auxerre 95-96 as the jerseys were posted here on the forum a few days ago. So it is proving more useful than Craven Cottage currently.
A couple of additional siggestions:
a) please click "generate flags" in CM for all 2000s teams to avoid the "missing texture" blue-and-green or black scarves:
b) as I mentioned before, as long as we have vacant ball slots, I think it would be a good idea to add some Umbro, Puma, Derbystar, Select etc balls which were used by (many) UCL teams before the UCL balls became mandatory circa 2006:
Parma: Molten
CSKA Moscow 04-05: Select
Chelsea: Umbro
Lazio, AS Monaco: Puma
Juventus: Kaleidos Mondo
Lyon: Umbro
Werder Bremen: Derbystar
As well as a couple UEFA Cup/Europa League balls (we have UCL balls in the patch but not UEL):
I'm sure @DeWoo has all of these balls ready I can upload what I have gladly as well.

In my version of the patch I never noticed the various scarves. I look at the field and not at the stadium when I "play" so they could escape me ... however this could be the solution. You have to test.
As far as ball are concerned, you know well that I don't like the post-2000 period. For me it's a huge ball and chain. Sometimes I would like to remove the entire decade from the patch. I'd save up a lot of space and IDs for more interesting projects. So at present, I do not include balls from that period. Partly because I add the specific balls for the teams only for the Italians and then because yesterday I updated every database with new stadiums and balls by setting each language and I don't want to redo that job for balls that don't interest me at the moment. In the distant distant future we will see.
and in any case we do not need the uefa cup balls. We don't have the uefa cup.

It's up to you, of course, but
a) I think enabling scarves for all teams is better than disabling them because someone might like them (for some reason I can't do that with my CM, but it must only take the 'generate flags' click;
b) that's unfortunate about new balls;
c) we do have Uefa Cup finalists though (e.g. Fulham and Atletico 2010, Shakhtar and Werder 2009, etc back in time) - but not the balls for them, so I thought it would be fitting as Football History Encyclopedia.
