hello i cant seem to start the game on windows 11 i get the following error the code execution cannot proceed because MSCVP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the programme may fix this problem. i have tried that and it doesn't work i have also installed all the microsoft visual c programmes without any luck please help

When I start the game, after the splash screen I click start and then nothing happens.
Actually the game starts in the background but the initial video doesn't start, so I have to force quit
