What are the FIFA 16 preseason files?

Lately I have been trying to activate the pre-season for a league in my game, but I have so far looked through several game files and have not been able to change the pre-season settings, does anyone know what the pre-season modification files are?

I found these two files (strangely they were not in their original folder), but even making changes to them, nothing seems to change definitively, for example, I'm trying to add pre-season to my team and change the names, but so far I I couldn't find it at all, and I've already searched a lot here and on other forums.

I may be wrong about this but maybe you need the league to start in the beginning of july in order to receive invites to the pre-season tournaments?

One thing I noticed is that England, Spain (teams that start the season in July) and the USA (starts in February) have a preseason, and just when I read your comment I tried to change the start date and it didn't work. I find it bizarre the way they implement the preseason in the game
