Simpliest tool to convert from fifa 15 to fifa 16

Hi guys. I am new so could anyone show me how to converted fifa 15 face to fifa 16 without using fifa 15 game. What is a tool that I could use. I heard that CM15 cant be use id we dont have fifa 15 game.

CM16 mate, not 15. Import 15's faces via CM16 and you're done

Just try the same principle. Export from CM15, import to CM16.

No. In this case you have to convert to 15 via CM15, export from it and import via CM16

However, there are some fifa 15 face when I import from CM16. Its doesn't accept it. Its likely black crash face. Its doesn't crash a game but its crash the game. I dont know how to describle it.
