If SG is working I will attempt to post the rules/format for the voting stage tomorrow, you will all then be asked to submit team names and the draw will take place when I have everyone's team name - you can do this now if you wish. After the draw you will be invited to submit your team sheet when you know who is in your group.

THERE WILL BE A MECHANISM BY WHICH THOSE WHO CAN'T OR HAVE DIFFICULTY ACCESSING SG CAN VOTE VIA FACEBOOK.

Normally it's a voting tournament, some years have run a FM simulation as well

FM has never been used. FIFA simulation have been used with videos.

What if one of the draft players creates fake accounts to boost votes?

We keep an eye on that. If the forum maintains the same functionality then you can set it so polls have visible votes to see who voted. If there are new accounts voting we could spot it.
