Apparently, the original maker of the tool (Polydev) has decided to sell its source code + tool on his Patreon. For those in this forum who might be interested and have C/C++ programming skills, and are looking to build on top of it or add extra functionality, it's currently available :

Hey everyone,
First off, full credit to Polydev (aka garethbale11) for creating the original FIFA 14 Scoreboard Manager. I recently reached out to him , and he mentioned that he had abandoned this project because it only ended up working on certain versions of FIFA 14 and wasn’t as convenient as he had hoped. However, after discussing the continued interest here in the community, he agreed to let me bring it back.
He also provided me with a newer version that he had been working on before abandoning the whole project that has some extra features plus important details and workarounds, which I’m now sharing with all of you here.

Tool Description: Scoreboard Manager 14 is a tool that automatically changes FIFA 14's scoreboards during runtime based on the current match competition in Manager/Player Career mode.

New Features:

• In this version, you no longer have to run the tool only after launching the game and enter Manager/Player Career mode. You can run it anytime, and it will automatically detect the state of the game, and wait until you enter the correct mode before it starts working.

Important Note:
This tool is not guaranteed to work with every version of FIFA 14. However, there is a workaround: if your version is not compatible, you can upgrade/downgrade your FIFA 14 version to the guaranteed working version (just a ~50 MB patch), FIFA 14 update 1.4.0.0 (12.12.2013). This patch can easily be found online or downloaded from here.

How to Edit scmanager14_config.ini file:

How to Install:

1. Extract the .rar file to your game directory (.\FIFA 14\Game\).
2. All your scoreboard directories should be placed in the directory specified by the SCOREBOARD_SOURCE_DIR setting in the scmanager14_config.ini file. (Note: By default, this is set to (./fip/scoreboard/), but you can modify it to any path of your choice.)
3. Edit the scmanager14_config.ini file to match your scoreboards directories. (Note: The scmanager14_config.ini file shipped with this version is compatible with FIP v8.00.)
4. run scmanager14.exe.
5. run the game.

yes we definitely can now with the new feature .
And yeah it should work for anything JENKEY1002's File Loader can load but I think we need source code for that.

No scoreboards included, you can download scoreboards directly from their owners as needed.

In original version by polydev i had to assign every tournament stage ID so i end up assign in the .ini about 10 lines for each tournament especially cups CL,UEL,UCL.

Now I have a lot of lines, eurocups also. Also cups and supercups of different leagues

Hello. I tried the SCmanager, currently coaching Leicester in Championship, the exe recognizes the scoreboard e.g it will show in green letters "677 - SB+PU EFL Championship(2024) but in game it is the same default scoreboard, any fix?(I used the patch FIFA 14 update 1.4.0.0 (12.12.2013).
