to be honest i also made a few mods in the past and saw them uploaded on some shitty russian websites
i can confirm its not the best feeling to see that without being asked
i also stopped because of similar reasons + having less time since i have a real job
we might see less free mods but i think we will also see less and less paid mods looking at how AI develops and takes place in games, EA FC included
if you compare FC 24, FC 25 with fifa 23, 22, 21 you will see a lot more faces, even customs, and i expect to see a lot more in the future
they also started adding a lot of stadiums this year, which im pretty sure its thanks to AI
the only limitation is licensing rules and contracts, but AI will slowly give more scans and even better generics, and those people who sell new haircut of neymar for 5$ or more will slowly fuck off

So you see that I am not unreasonable! All I ask is some respect for my work, my time. It might be a surprise but I am not a 6yo wonderkid. I also have a job, bills to pay..And it's not like I quit modding and deleted all my contacts! It's really not that hard to reach out to me!

EA AI is good but facemods are better. (Not all of course, I made a lot of faces that I am not proud anymore ) Also as you said, Inter and Milan will be unlicensed in EAFC 25, so we will still need modders to do the kits, logos, flags...You can't do that without modders still.

As for same shitty faces like "noodle hair" Ronaldo, if people are willing to pay, the mods will still be there.

being honest im not so against paid mods, what im against is that some modders charge u extra even for a ID change, the fact that u buy something and dont even have full access to the files it whats pisses me off, i mean even on EAFC files we have more access than the modders work, thats for me is a nonsense

i understand you perfectly
you should pay for the files
its wrong to pay for the same face each FIFA/FC version, or for an id change
imagine paying for the same scoreboard each Title Update
paying for the files should be the only decent option

I agree with you but when you think about it, you pay for the modders work, if he needs to change anything, it's extra work. I will in the future do the same. If we lived in Lalalaland we can all share assets. But we live in real work and people steal everyhing they see.
