Juce is thinking to leave the kitserver project, so we dont know if he will relize others kitserver's modules...

how to install:

extract from ZIP/rar file the KITSERVER folder

put KITSERVER folder into game folder (c:/programs files/KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer)

PUT GDB folder extracted from kitserver of ROAMER, into KITSERVER folder and overwrite previous GDB folder

install KITSERVER by SETUP.exe file (in kitserver folder)

I'm not surprised that Juce is planning to quit the kitserver project, not just because of PES2008 being such a bad game (Nokami really have screwed up this year), but also some of those people you see who kept barracking him about other ##-server stuff. I see it all the time on the likes of Evo-Web, with people posting "where's Stadiumserver, Bootserver, etc."...... if that'd been me getting that asked every 10 seconds I'd forget about development too.

The gameplay and way to play is differents respesct old generation, and we must training before learn how to play correctly, more respect previous years!!!

If you have a very good PC and you learn how to play, PES2008 is a great game!!!!

Hi I am new to this kitserver, but I'm happy when I knew that this is gonna solve the master league kit selection problem.

I've already installed the Superpatch by Leo, can I still install this kitserver on top of it ? Which map.txt should I use ?

Hmm yeah I guess I'm too used to the old PS2 PES era, though I do have a very high-spec PC to play the game on, I've tried to enjoy the game but compared to past PES games, I just don't like it.

how do i fix the problem with the camera that doesn't follow the ball when its go to the goal?

You can't fix it unless you're playing the game in 16:9 aspect ratio.

I had that problem when playing the game in 1280x1024 in 4:3, sometimes I didn't see the ball go into the goal because of the way Nokami have programmed the game. The fact that they took out the option to set the camera angle (1-9) for Normal camera doesn't help either.

Kitserver 7.1.0k
- i changed the way kit selection is done internally for AFS-kits. The logic is much simpler now, and there's no more reading of BINs from AFS files, so overall things should be faster.

- fixed bug, which appeared in 7.1.0k, where radar color wasn't shown during kit selection for extra kits
- setup.exe can be now executed from batch script, with command-line arguments (may be useful for patchmakers)

yeah, it just feels like, the kitserver project has run its course. Maybe i shouldn't have started with version 7 at all... In any case, the "official" (non-beta") 7.1.0 version will still be released (hopefully soon), and that will likely be the end of it. I've no regrets though. It's been a wonderful experience: every year the game needed a tweak here and there, and it was very interesting to dig into it and solve the little puzzles.

hey Juce thanks for kitserver it really makes editing pes alot easier and faster, and overall makes the game better

now, 7.1.0 being the end of it?
does that mean there won't be any faceserver, ballserver, etc, this year?
or will Robbie still work on it?
