I NEED HELP WITH FIFA 16 FACES

Hi, I downloaded several faces from FIFA 14 and copied the data folder to my FIFA 16 root folder thinking they would work. The thing is, I think there might be a solution by editing the faces to make them compatible with FIFA 16. I prefer that to deleting the entire game and being left without the faces. Could someone help me with a tutorial or tell me what applications to use? I'm unfamiliar with the subject. The only thing I can clarify is that the faces are from eFootball, made for FIFA 14 by brunomartins009, and all credit goes to him, that's why I downloaded them. But the thing is, I can't use them. I would like your help. Thanks.
