I Did It!!!

I am now 21 years old and i have been playing soccer games since the commodore64. I have always played on the PC, so i had to play all the games of FIFA. I bought UEFA challenge, which was a good game and i bought fifa2002 which is also ok.

But today I DID IT. I went to the shop and bought a PS2 especially for Pro Evolution Soccer. Since then i have been playing for days. It is absolutely true that this is the best game ever.
I just couldn't take it anymore. I read all the topics here about PES and i thought: i have to have this game. It made me crazy because i had never played it. Now i have it i can say: 'this game has it all'. This is just real football. It's amazing.
I want to thank all the people who talked about this game and who convinced me to buy it.

I have no offence against FIFA, last week i didn't know that there was something that is so much better.

I do wanna say something about the graphics. I think the graphics in PES are better than in FIFA because PES breathes a soccer athmosphere. Fifa does't.

OK, the commantary sucks.........., but who cares!!!

I was thinking about getting Uefa Challenge. How do you think it compares to Fifa 2002? Thanks.

Uefa challenge is a good game and is has a lot of potential.
The graphics are good and the gameplay is good too.
But it has one big problem. It has a lot of bugs. There is a patch.
I don't know if the will come a new game, something like uefa challenge 2. But untill now i would advice fifa2002.
But as i said earlier none of these games is coming close to PES.
I hope that i informed you well. UC is good but it is the first UC game and if ther comes a new one i will definately buy it because than Fifa won't even be the king on the PC.

Thanks for answering my question. Right now I have fifa 2002 and Iss Pro Evo 2 which I am playing on my Pc through an emulator. Unfortunately, I live in the US and can not justify getting a PS2 and modding it to play PES. If they release the game here in the US I may get a PS2 then just to play it. Until then I guess I will play Pro Evo 2 and Fifa. I am new to Pr Evo 2 and am enjoying it a lot and probably will for a long time so it should keep me busy for a while.
