How to create and modify a 3072x3072 .rx3 kit for FIFA 15?

Hello. It's my first time posting on this forum.
I've been downloading and testing some HD kits for FIFA 15-16 (.rx3 files with 3072x3072 textures) and they look very good.
But I was asking, how is it possible to create a kit with that image resolution for FIFA 15? As far as I know all kits have by default a 1024x1024 resolution and the game can't load textures with bigger sizes.
I tried to change the positions of badges and numbers on the 3072x3072 kits but as soon as I save the changes the game can't load them; I can only see them if I'm not changing anything at all.
